will a 99 si head fit on a 95 integra block?

will a skunk 2 intake manifold for a 99 si fit on a 95 integra head?

yes if on b18c block. yes with modification on b18a/b block

the head will fit on the block. the b16 mani will not fit on an integra head

For the head to physically bolt to the block, two dowel pin holes need to be reamed out to 14mm. To actually work with VTEC and not potentially spew oil, the VTEC oil feed passage has to be tapped and plugged and an external oil line needs to be run.

The manifold can be redrilled to fit.

But, as stated before, the simple answer is No and No.
