You are also comparing an Impreza, and EVO with a Civic. They arent even in the same class.
If you are sick of Honda, go jump on the Impreza/240SX bandwagon

I have absolutely no faith in Hondas anymore. My 2000 Civic SI with i/e cracked it's #4 piston after 34,000 miles. How's that for reliability?

it's pretty funny how everybody thinks honda has no aftermarket in japan, when in fact lots of folks race them, on the street and track, and lots of folks like honda.
as for you mitu****ty. they are the ones having quality problems in their native land japan.
fact of the matter is honda makes a solid car that's why it sells so well, and they have performance behind them also, that's why there are so many modified civic's.
get off your trip.
if you wanna go fast you buy and old beater and pour money into it. that will always be faster, and cheaper.
also i've seen lots of ****ed up new honda's too. drivin' by ricers who don't know the first thing about engines. they get it for the looks.
but yes, every car company has a lemon once in a while.
my favorite was the ricer who redlined his brand new itr with 9 miles on it.
genius!

The reason i bought my car brand ****ing new is because i didnt want to have to dump a ton of money into it to get it running right. And what happens?
I never said i really like mitsu's, just shared what i've heard.
I wouldnt really be pissed at honda, if they werent trying to screw me.

my 1990 has been running on a bad power steering and a broken transaxle for 35,000 miles. it also has a little blow by.
starts every day, more or less happily, 130,000 miles.
