Default DC Sports Header

I have a chance to get a slightly used stainless steel DC header. It is for my Si which is all stock. I had a few questions since my Si has more computer shit than my 92. I beleive that there is a O2 sensor in my manifold, does the DC already have the bung in? I dont want any check engine lights. Does anyone else have a Si with DC headers? I want to see pics to see how much room I'll have. Thanks.

Yes the whole will be at the bottom end of the header. If you don't have the extension that comes with a DC header, then you will need to extend the 4 wires for the O2 sensor. Don't get them mixed up or you will get a code 41.

Does anybody know if the DC headers from a 2000 Si will fit a 99 GSR? Any mods have to be done?

it will fit but the down pipe is going to be longer then the SI. you'll have to put out more money to redo your catback.

Don't cut the friggin wires, just take the wires out of the loom and then add some new loom over the o2 wires and run them down behind the intake manifold it will save you time, and no possibilities of errors.

it wont fit. The B18 header can fit onto a B16, but not the other way around. The B16 block is a little shorter.... unless DC just sells the same header for all B-series motors :dunno:
