Hell yes. It is going to be my own private reef, with annenomes, corals, crabs....all that good **** I would never even think twice about getting a tank this big and using it for freshwater

so i'm trying to piece together a turbo kit for my car, but it has to be cost friendly... so i was thinkin about going to the salvage yards and piecing together a kit... i'm hoping to find manifolds and piping off of a wrecked turbo sol, and then getting the turbo itself off of ebay... you guys know what specs of turbos i should be looking for? i've seen people sell turbos off of their old subarus and other cars and CLAIM it works with hondas... what u guys think?

Finding a turbo sol is gonna be next to impossible. What you need to do is get a turbo off of a DSM, then get a CRX HF manifold, and down pipe. Take them to a machine shop and ahve them rework teh flanges or make an adapter plate. Most people go this route when doing a junkyard turbo because of the ease and cost. The only problems are finding a shop to make the manifold. You may be able to find one. Check out http://resource.crx.org Someone might be selling one. Then check out a DSM board to find someone selling a stock turbo. Then you need a BOV, some gauges, and some oil lines. You'll probably want to get a bigger fuel pump, adjustable FPR and bigger injectors too. Depends how much boost you run, and your AF mixture. don't need to be blowing any engines now, do we?

What engine are you doing this on? I was assuming a D, not a b16... The Hf manifold will only bolt up to another D engine. Not sure what manifold you'd want if it's a B...

with a b engine, you're basically stuck with getting a kit or having a manifold custom made from a stock manifold...

ok.. no more turbo... too much reliability and tuning costs... but squeezing... hmmm...
basically, i wanna be competitive against an s2000 but without the mpg of an suv...
