what all do i need to install an Si lip?

what all do i need to install an Si lip?

if i buy just the lip, will it just bolt onto the bumper, or do i need anything else? this is for a 00 EX btw.

I'm pretty sure it should just bolt up, and should even come with the hardware.

theres like 8 clips underneath (from honda about $5 each) and theres 2 screws on the side in the wheel well and there are clips that go there too
