you can just use l-brackets
or find a stock car that holds a plate like that and use it
i think that one is mounted to low actually
i did that though but i gotta work on it cuz its to low also

imagine an L shaped peice of metal. simply turn it upside down more like a 7. bolt the license plate in the part that hangs down and bolt the other part into the bumper.

The people who work at the home depot close to me don't know there ass from a hole in the ground. But then Canadian Tire is no better sometimes.
