Personally, I'd rather lose P/S and A/C rather than having the chance of my car overheating at the track, but if that manifold does what it says it does, more power to him.
BTW, That's a huge I/C

i'm not sure what turbo it is but i do know his wastegates lowest setting is 18 lbs a.k.a. low boost. i'll ask him what turbo t is tonight and post later.

wouldn't that mean his lowest setting is really 3.3 psi? since atmospherical pressure is 14.7 psi, it being 18 psi means it would add 3.3 psi, correct me if i'm wrong.

maybe i'm wrong but i've always taken psi and lbs as interchangable.

to me 14.7 psi was always the same a 14.7 lbs.

maybe its just an error everyone makes like saying "nos" referring to all nitrous manufacturers when in reality "nos" is one manufacturer in particular.

if he's going for speed, dump the a/c altogether anyway, having it hooked up reduces hp. Which is why when you watch off-road rally racing, all the cars have the little scoop on the top of the car. Air induction into the interior off the car, which is like natural a/c.
Keep the power steering tho if your going autox, drop it if your going drag.
