Default Are these common hybrid probs or what?

Okay so, I rewired my fuel pump directly to the battery using a 10 aug power cable kit, but my motor still acts funny sometimes. . .

1. When I turn on the headlights or step on the clutch, or hit my brakes, my car's idle will drop to 500 rpm or so for a second and then return back to 750.

2. When I'm coming to a stop or slightly rev my motor it also drops the idle down, also.

3. Sometimes my car hesitates to start up, I can hear the fuel pump but the engine just wont kick on right away (this usually when its already warmed up). Oh, and sometimes when I prime my car, I can hear some weird "liquid sound" from my engine.

I'm gonna get a tune up soon, but can anyone give me any suggestions. I baby the hell out of my car and I'm always changing the oil and I'll redline it maybe like once a week.

1. The turning on of the headlights could be cause of the fuel pump losing power, put a capacitor on it. The brakes I highly doubt though.

2. My idle has been odd too, I attribute it to a dirty TPS. I should clean it.

3. I'm not sure why your car wouldn't start up right aways. The liquid sound you might want to check out further and find the exact location of it.

:dunno: I don`t have any of those problems with my hatch. I have a b18c1 in it and it acts just like a regular Gsr.

That is a common symptom after a swap. It goes away after a few days...or 2-3 weeks max.

No check engine light, Everything is wired legit and it runs fine, vtec and 2ndaries come on time and everything. I dont get it. Could it be that I just need a new fuel filter/spark plugs/cap/rotor/valve adjustment ?
