I have the bridgestone potenza s-03's not sure how good the treadwear is since they are pretty soft tires but they do get great grip on wet and dry surfaces.

what is teh diff between kumho 711 and 712. i'm goin for cheap, high treadwear, i have my 14inch alloys and bridgestone touring t/as i could probably use during the winter months but I def. wouldn't mind all season tires on my new rims too

so far i'm lookin at yokohama avid h4, falken ziex 502, kumho 711 (i think they have a higher tread rating)

My friend has Kumho 712s on his 15" BBS on his Rabbit. They are sweet, handle very well and the road noise is very low.

YOu cannot have high tread wear and grippy tires - the two never mix.

i have the z rated falken 502, they grip like a mo fo, but the tread wear is low, next i am going to be getting them in H rated, so you decide, the are basically around the same price range though, so whatever tread pattern you like go for it.
