Here..

1. Go to Pep Boys or AutoZone...
2. Buy the white face gauges...
3. Go to Office Depot, buy the paper...
4. Scan the gauges...
5. Attempt to print them...
6. Use them, or toss them...
7. Return the Gauges...

i did see a guy that had the cad print for these online, i was looking for ivory coloured guage faces on yahoo, so peak around there and see what turns up.

i really wanted to have some custom ones made like my moms rav 4, but it was like well over a hundred bucks.

I phugged around and took digital pics of my gauges once and made them in photoshop. I made the pic the right size by measuring the gauge and sizing the pic accordingly. unfortunately you can't just magic wand all the black out. after hours I printed them out and they were just to hard to get perfect.

I have some faces for a 96-00 ex I could scan now and make them perfect if anyone wants some.

hell I could put anything on em and print em out on a $40k printer in my school's art lab. anybody want a boob for their tac?

I tried doing this a long time ago and it really didn't work out well. I have a '95 DX and the light shows through the numbers and a little around the outer ridge. It looked dumb cause I used normal paper and you could see the numbers through the paper so I had 2 sets of numbers. I don't suggest it, unless you want to spend the time with an exacto-knife cutting the numbers out....

Just buy the faces.

6. Keep the ones you bought
