Tail decision
if your car is red,..go with the red clears,...what you can do if you want to go the cheap route,...see if you can find some clear tails for your car and paint those to make red/clear (i did a how-to for the clears to redclears
) i did this,..my friend sold me his clear tails for a 6th gen coupe,..i bought the tails for 15 bucks,...add 10 bucks for masking tape,...transperant red paint,..and clear,..total 25 bucks,...i sold them for 100 bucks locally,...75 dollar profit

Red/clears look nice on red cars. To me the JDM tails are not worth the money since they look the same as the usdm tails (except for that reflector).
I would say stay stock and save your money for now.

I'll always like the "integra" (92-93) style taillights for the civic eg.
The signal part is clear, but every thing else is red, including the outlines of the upper part.
