As compared to an OEM shifter:



In action:



The details are that in retains the stock throw but decreases the effort needed to shift to the next gear. Of course, it is a 5lb shifter, but it's designed for road racing.

Actually, the 2nd one might not be as bad but I still like the stock ones better.

reminds me of those rally cars with those high shifters...
its great to have the shift knob near the steering wheel so there is less hand movement....
but it looks freakin weird

It's in no way meant to be just for show. This is a go only application. I'm not concerned with how people feel it looks, I'm interested in seeing how you think it will work!

It will reduce the efford needed to change gears but they should have brought the actual knob closer the driver IMHO. It would be interesting to see exactly how it would feel though.

I'll stick w/ my skunk2 for now....stock height but a little shorter throws.:thumbup:
