One project becomes another
That SUCKS. But it also explains why the guy I know who had a totally stripped down CRX - no interior, no glass, nada - had never been the track. He couldn't go!
His parents hated that car so much - total rust bucket - they had it towed in the middle of the night when he was asleep, and then claimed no knowledge of it. Boy was he upset when he found his car totally parted out in one of the local junkyards... although his parents did ultimately recompense him for the loss. They told the junk guy it was one of those cars people just abandon - and the totally missing interior/glass led the tow guy to believe the story! This was a while ago, though...any idea when these rules took effect? Maybe he was just BSing everyone because he would have ran slow times - it was the stock Si engine. Even in a stripped down CRX it couldn't have been -too- killer...?

A stock Si stripped to hell wouldn't be slow, but it wouldn't be REAL competative.
Just an update on the car, I just have to say that fueling issues suck. An FMU with stock injectors is bunk. Time to get that walbro 255lhp pump.
