H&R Race Springs vs Eibach Road Race Springs?
The H&R race on my old EG were perfect,.. the new owner of the car replaced the struts with KYB AGX's and it feels that much better. Then again, it's all about personal taste, your best bet is to find someone locally that has both and take a ride and make your decision.

I drove a friend's EG with Tokico's and H&R Race Springs, I drove it around the block and it felt like there was NO springs, I hated it. So if you want harsh and hard/stiff, I'd suggest that.

DO they even make Neuspeed Race for sedans? I think I'm going with H&R Race and Koni Yellow...OR I might just get some Tokicos...mad $$ for Yellows.

I would highly recommend the yellows. I know its pricey, but its worth every penny IMO.
IBL the eibach road race springs are no more. Eibach race springs are flat ended (i.e., you'd need ground control perches) but are available in any spring rate from like 150lbs/" up.
Neuspeed race seem to be a pretty popular daily driver lowering spring, peeps are pretty happy with those.
My friend had the Yellow's... took them out and got AGX's because the yellows were too harsh.
