diagram for 99 civic fuse box quote:

hi can you guys help me out here.Im Nrew and my flasher stopped working so i cbought a new flasher and it still didnt work.So I look underneath the steering wheel and look under it to see that my diagram box for my fuses is missing so i dont know which fuse is for that flasher thing.Can you guys help.Thanks

 

when you said flasher is it the turn signal flasher or the emergency flasher either way check and see if you dont have a bulb burnt out before checking fuse.

 

for civic I would say they look like a long black box which is located at the far right hand side......that would be a turn signal (flasher relay)
