Default ZC pistons on my 97 DX?

I am currently collecting parts and saving money for a bit of engine work for my little D16. I'm going to change to a D16Y8 head with all of the Y8 stuff (oil pump, ecu etc) but I'm going to put a new cam and ZC pistons/rods in. Are the piston rings the same for ZC and Y8 pistons? Also, I'm trying to get the compression pretty high. What head gasket do you guys suggest? Or should I just stick with OEM to be safe? Anything missing on my list of stuff to get?

Y8 head with VTEC solenoid
Y8 Ecu
Y8 Oil pump
Y8 Oil pan (Is it worth it?)
Y8 Intake manifold
GSR Throttle body
Y8 exhaust manifold or header. What do you guys suggest?

Do I need to get the fuel stuff too? My aim is 130-150 WHP. Is this likely with a Crower stage one cam and ZC pistons + bolt ons?

Throttle body will. I don't know about the piston rings though.

Yea I think you could easily get around the 130+ area. I don't think the piston rings will work but someone else will have to verify that. After you get everything done, show us some numbers I'm planning to do the exact same thing but only mine is an automatic and I want to see some actual results..

If they won't work, anyone know where I can get the right piston rings? Or what car the ZC came from? I don't even know how to look up the engine...

I've been told that the B series TB's fit on our poor little D's.

Just learned that a H22 TB fits on a Y8 IM. Back to the point of the thread though, anybody help? ZC piston rings? Where? What bolt-ons do you guys recommend?
