Default Dash / Air Con lights......how do I change the colour??

Hey, newbie here and looking for a few pointers from the experts. Recently got myself a 97 Civic and want to make a few mods to make it easier on the eye.

Have changed the radio, but found a lot of hassle having to remove the dash before being able to screw out the old one. Have now got blue dials and will be getting blue interior, just want to know if it is possible to change the lights around the Air con which are orange at the mo, can't seem to get that panel off to see whats behind.....any ideas anybody.

Why would I not make my interior blue. Ya see I am living in Ireland, and over here, all interiors are a standards amber, its gotta be a different colour for me and I think blue would look cool. I have a blue Gauge installed and my CD player lights up blue so it makes sense.

IF you're handy with a soldering iron and how to take apart dashes and clusters...buy some blue LEDs, swap them out for the old colored ones...and off you go...

i think he's talking about changing the interior illumination, not his actual "interior"... at least i hope that's what he means

Or if your bulbs are amber, get clear bulbs and paint those blue.

If his is anything like my guage cluster, it's not the bulbs that are amber, its the plastic "lens."
