I can't believe what I just saw. I have only one question, WHY??

 

I have seen much, much worse. I have actually been revved at by shit like that. I just shake my head and rev a little so they can hear the type-S and they shut the **** up with there revving bullshit. It's really amazing that small groups of guys actually think there cars are tight. Last saturday my brother in law had a house warming party and I sat idley by (being nice not wanting to be prick since I did'nt know them well) his two friends argued about which one of their mustangs would break 13's first and how they hate all the imports guys and how turbo charging is cheating. Finally my cousin Frank (drives a blown RSX) shows up (not a polite bone in his body) and starts listening in. Then it comes, he tells both of these jokers (one has a 2001 GT stock and the other has an 88' 5.0 with a pretty long list of mods but a best of 14.3 in the 1/4) that he has $100.00 each and he'll give them a two car length headstart and he'll still beat there asses (which he would). Then the excuse making comes in about how they have had a couple of beers already, yadda, yadda, yadda. So Franks says, okay well the tomorrow at SAT raceway. And they still bock. Finally I jump in and bring up my now sold CRX HF which was gutted, all motor and B16A powered with a 13.8 best 1/4. The guy with the 5.0 says, well yeah, but that car is so light. So, I say, well which is it, first you say small motors could never hang with a v-8 and now your saying they can but only because of the weight advantage. Then of copurse he gets all pissed and flustered. It's funny how guys can talk shit all night when no one is there to call BS and when they do, they can't take it. BTW, my brother in law was pissed because we could'nt just let it go.

 

Not to mention the decals adding another 20hp each......:ghey:

Yes I would have to agree. That big wing, hood and wiper blade conversion and even those headlights are a lil wasteful on the cash flow.
