Default 5 spoke GSR rims...

Might be in the wrong forum, but i thought id ask here first. Ive been looking for a set of either GSR/SI/LS rims for a while now and i came accross locally that has some 5 spoke GSR rims in really good condition. 2 tires are brand new and the other 2 have about 75% on them. I told him id give him $300 for them and he said alright.

My question is, is this a good deal for the rims/tires or should i wait and try and find something else?

Thanks in advance

You're talking about the wheels that came off of the 95 GSR's, right? I'd pick them up in a heartbeat for 300. You could always just sell the tires to offset the cost a little, then get 4 brand new tires for the wheels. I've always seen them being sold at around 500 w/ tires. Usually 300 is just for the wheels.

Great deal! I think you can get center caps from a 99 si and they will fit so it says H instead of Acura. Don't quote me though.

Won't fit right. The Si cap will be sunken in.

1) They would look great.

2) I would leave them as is, but powdercoated gunmetal actually looks quite nice.

leave them the way they are.....they'll look very nice on your car. Take a look at Manincamo's car...he has them on a 5th gen coupe.

If you do decide to powdercoat them, might I suggest having the tires taken off first and have the entire wheel coated.
