i just bought a new used head off of a 94 ex,has 260 miles on it till he crashed the car. my car is a 97 dx d16y7. the head i got is complete with intake manifold,
which head gasket and timing belt do i need to buy? for the 94?
i also picked up a computer from a 98 civic ex with a 5 speed. how hard will it be to use this to control my vtec? any suggestions?

 

I think a y7 belt and head gasket would work. You need the Vtec solenoid and oil line for the vtec.

Oh yea try machining the head also before putting it on...at least get a lil better compression.
