I hate SUV's.
 

Well just needed to vent some stress and i figured posting on a forum is a good way to do it.

I was coming home today on a local two-way neighborhood street...I was just cruising, enjoying the beautiful sun and all the nice young ladies walking around. I check my mirrors and when i return my attention back to the road, i notice a huge black thing VERY close to my driver side window, no where to go or do i hit the brakes and hear a crunching noise followed by the horrid sound of items hitting the street. When i step out to further inspect...to my painful surprise I have front fender, door and mirror damage.

The guy was traveling on the opposite side of the road and was trying to make a left turn but didn't see me until the last second and strayed my driver side. That is what he told the insurance company...what i don't get is if he was trying to make a left turn, wouldnt it have just made an impact on one side? The minute i felt my driver side get hit I slammed my brakes from a 20 mph roll...and the distance he was stopped and i was stopped was at least 3-4 bus lengths. I'm still a lil upset so I really dont have the mind capacity to make this story better..

Sorry about your wreck. Try to pay attetion more in the future. Even if it was his fault, you may have been able to not hit him if you were paying more attention. Hope the damage isn't too expensive. Is his insurance covering it? You might wanna put this type of stuff in the basement before people get upset and flame you.

Lol well yea it WAS the drivers fault..i just say "I hate SUV's" because he was at fault and his expedition had MILD damage, like a little lose of paint that showed up on the side of my car.

I wish I could take pictures but by the time i get a camera im gonna have every thing fixed...I went to switch out my fenders back to stock ( The Rice fenders were good for something ) and replace the mirror after seeing someone to make claim... and 10 minutes after the accident happened i called HIS insurance company to file everything so tomorrow ill have everything in the process.

The damage to my car included a amputated driver side mirror, messed up fender a lil dent on my driver door and a large streak of black paint on my silver paint that came from his car, but majority of it came off with a lil buffing.

IT happened so fast i didnt have time to react and if i did, sincee i was going thru a neighborhood street , there was alot of parked cars to my right and surving i would have done damage to someone's pretty lil lexus.
