Default KYB or TOKICO adjustable shocks????

Hey everyone! Have a quick survey I want to have taken. I am considering buying some shocks for my car. Adjustable ones. I have narrowed it down to two brands. Now I am coming to all of you to find out which is the better brand that you think I should get. Of course as the thread says I am desciding between KYB AGX Adjustable Shocks or TOKICO ILLUMINA Adjustable Shocks. They both seem to be a descent brand. I am looking more for quality not about the price. So, anyone and everyone....let me know what I should get. Should I get Tokico or KYB? Thanks in advance!!!

Here are the two links to look at them.

KYB - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2436907409

Tokico - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2435769806

Both are good. Tokico's are more expensive.

I have the tokico illumina's and I like them a lot. I don't have any experience with the KYB's, but heard they were good too.

From what I have read tokico > KYB

Just looked at those links, and that seems like a really good buy it now price for the tokico's, especially since the shipping is free.

The tokicos are $373 shipped, the KYB's are $350 after shipping.

I would get the tokico's since they are only $23 more after shipping.

I'd say that Koni's were greater too, but those werent one of the options....

Between KYB and Tokico, I would stay away from Tokico blues and KYB GR-2's as they are known to be just "factory replacements" with a little increase in damping ability over stock spring rates...

On the other hand, KYB's AGX, and Tokico's Illumina shock/strut lineup are both great choices. From experience, the illumina's are a bit on the stiff side, even on the lower settings, whereas the AGX will be really stiff, but only on its hardest settings.

I'm biased to the AGX, but the Illumina isnt a bad choice either...
