Default IS my 1/4 Time bad?

Hey everyone i this spring i ran a 16.500 @ 83mph at route 66 raceway in joliet. i have Dc sport short throw, Rs Akimoto Short Ram intake and Apexi world sport catback exhuast. i realized later that night my tire pressure was at 35lbs all way round.. next Sat im running my g/f's rsx-s with Aem cai... ive always been told by locals and have always thought my self to be pretty good driver... but in your guys opinion is this a bad time for the minor mods i have??? ill try to find the time slip for r/t 60ft etc.... thanx for your opinions
