Default sub box, NOT PATZ

I'm looking into making a custom sub box for the Sol that will house one Kove 10" I saw someone a while back had one for sale. I was thinking of making one that looked like a tapezoid. I want it to not be in the way of the speakers of course. I really don't care too much about the storage bins.

THAT'S AWESOME!!!!!!!

I want that, but instead have the sub facing out toward the front. If I can't find one like that, I'll build it, but that is just GREAT! If all else goes down, I'll buy one of those. I really like that.

I see that it means removing the bins. Could extra carpet be used to get rid of that bare metal?

Most definitely yes. I plan on recarpeting my Sol anyways. I can't stand what they come with stock...it's like moldy sandpaper.

Mouldy sandpaper hahahahah. What is the best stuff to recarpet with? Also, how are you going to do it considering it's all one piece?

Yep...there's a few companies out there that sell premolded carpets for most cars. And it actually feels like carpet.
