Default Short Shifter Question

I am in the market for a short shifter. I went to a local shop here in SLC (Regulate) to price how much they wanted one for. I was hoping that my fellow HAN peeps would give me the  or  on these prices and types. Here is what they quoted me:

Skunk @ -- $150.00
Tanabe -- $59.00

Remember that this is without install and for the polly urthrane bushing its another $10-$15 bones. So I know that the Skunk 2 is better but I can't work with that price right now. So what are your thoughts about the Tanabe? :dunno: Also are these good prices for them? Thanks guys.

Westcoaststyle, if you can beat any of these prices please PM me. I tried to use my PM but it is being stupid so let me know. Thanks.

Oh one more question, for those who have installed a short shifter before is it hard? This shop said they would do it for $55.00, is that reasonable?

You have a PM. Not it's not hard to install. You just have to get under the car. And, NO< $55.00 isn't reasonable, but $20.00 is. They must not have any competition there....
