as for d-series pistons/rods, theres a trick with 1st gen supra pistons and b16 rods. Requires some notching of the head, but allows between 1.8-2 bar tuned. Full interior sedan ran 13s.

how did you make the custom manifold? the wastegate needs to be attached there... which requires a flange
as far as tial wg's you can getthem at www.importparts.com or ebay

what BOV do you have?
and do u want an electronic or manual boost controller ? you can make your own manual boost controlller with parts from home depot

no way in hell you could do 2 bar on a mostly stock block...

Bigger injectors
Fuel Pump
VAFC - hondata - something like that
the intercooler can be found on ebay, johnyracecar makes a great one
you might get lucky and find somebody selling a built block on honda-tech, who knows

no mistake. At least thats what I've been told.

The guy who peices them togeather is from singapore or some shit like that. Burning 97 octain gas (I think thats right, maybe 95), properly tunned he was pushing 26 psi at the track, 20 psi daily, and he was running 13s in an all-interior ek ex sedan.

only engine mods were the turbo (can't remember which one), upgraded fuel, and the rods/pistons.
