plus i figure when i sell it someday to start a new project, i could represent the paper work that it was professionally installed. some people are really picky and will not be satisfied that a 16 year old put a new engine into the car. it is mostly small mindedness, but that is something i will have to live with. face it, old people and authority figures suck, they impose on all of our fun and possible learning experiences. a little hypocritical i would say.

Wow I wis I had as much confidence in putting in my own engine as you guys have. So how technically inclined are ya'll who say it soooo easy?

Don't be lazy, and make time. But seriously, do you have like an auto shop class at your school you could take? I wish I would have taken an auto shop class in HS. You could just swap it there with the help of your friends and teacher.

our high school has nothing of the sort. though, i plan to go to wyotech after a 4 yr community college. i heard that wyotech is a great school with many after school benefits, supposively, the school sends out your transcripts to all sorts of car realted companies and refer to you highly from having your education from that school. but back to my car, i mostly just dont have the time or the tools to do the project over the weekend. it will be my daily driver to school ,work , etc. and i need to be done quickly, and efficently

Hell yeah dude wyo tech has a 95% job placement but the tuition is pretty steep. It includes your room and food though so it is cool. Plus they get you a job while you are at school at a minimum of $9 an hour so it is pretty tight I wanted to go but couldn't afford it so I joined the army <- bad move.

I know this is OT, sorry guys...

...but, you're a tard. :slap:
Then again, I suppose I was kind of a moron when I was 16 too. BUT, it seems a bit silly to criticize something that you will **inevitably** become. Besides, (I've learned this the hard way, repeatedly)...people that are older than you (excluding those with genuine learning disabilities) know more, and have more life experience than you, whether you like/accept it or not. As for authority figures...well, to be brief, without some form of authority throughout history, there would be no Hondas, no roads, no forums to express your ignorance...etc, etc, etc.
I know you'll read this and think I'm a complete f'n idiot, but I'm only trying to make it easier for you.
