the header and intake help a good amount on a h22a its a pretty easily upgradable engine, the bolt ons for that engine will put it into the mid 14's if you are perfect on shifting.
its a good deal, especially in a civi hatc, i may just buy a 93 civic with a blown motor and drop an h22a into it, from what ive seen itll be high 13's all engine. but for everyday driving the prelude does ok, its faster and handles better than 9 out of 10 cars on the road today, new or old. plus its a direct swap. not to say that the other swaps are hard cause they are remarkably easy also...
just another good reason why hondas are like lego's
you could have a 13 second h22a civic held together with duck tape if you wanted too.
