IM at the exact same height/weight. I havent worked out since Jan. I used to be fitter. But then I gained weight and grew some more. I dont know if im gaining more weight? or just growing more which puts the pounds on? IM going to join 24 over the summer and get back in shape some more.
But I usually play basketball for a hour to hour and a half then work on weights. worked good for me to get back in shape last year? :dunno:
