It would be almost impossible to install ATTS on the base Prelude, since there is different suspension geometry, alignment, and drive shafts. The electronic sensors activate a pump to engage the ATTS. ATTS is not a limited slip diff, posi trac, or traction control. It's a unique design to Honda to use fluid pressure rather than mechanical discs or electronic engine speed control. I tested an SH when I bought my car, and honestly could not feel a difference worth the $3,000 sticker difference.
I think that's part of the "magic" of ATTS it's seemless when workinig correctly. I know for a fact after driving my car to the limit a million times and then some when it's working and it works, TRUST ME! You can rotate my car like a RWD and as long as you keep your foot in the throttle it'll pull through the ass stepping out.
The $3k difference was in sticker and it did include some other things besides jsut the ATTS system so it's a little unfair to put it that way.
