PB Blaster is the best stuff for spraying on rusted a bolts. What I do is spray the PB all over the bolt let it sink in some. Than I use a MAPP Gas torch
jesus christ dude i was kidding about mapp gas. that shit will melt aluminum. be careful using that on a bolt. youre not trying to melt the bolt, youre just trying to warm the rust.
