The 5 wire VX O2 sensor (NTK L1H1) IS a wideband sensor. However, they're being discontinued and are impossible to find at auto parts stores.
You would also need a wideband O2 controller designed for the sensor, which can be acquired from a couple places, or you can buy kits and build them yourself.
