yeah, i agree, dropping 1" is not worth it really. When I started, I figured... 1.5-1.75, but now i got it about 2.5. I would suggest getting coilovers. And the best thing to do is lower on stock wheels. Lowering on rims will only increase the cost since you will be driving around with them unaligned.
