the guy thatr filled in the emblem holes in my hood did a shitty job after a year i have 2 small dimpples where the emblem holes where the dipples are outlined by small cracks in the paint. so im thinking of doing this.....

taking a stock emblem... cutting it so its just the "A" with no ring around it.. then sanding and painting it (frost white) to color match the hood... so essentially it would look like a raised "A" on the hood. i haven't seen it done before and i think it would look better then those colored emblems... if not colormatched how about a gunmetal or black to match my rims?

good idea or bad idea?

if bad.. do you have a better solution?
