Nooooooo not a 88!!! I refuse

not the bastard child of the 2nd gen Crx...
Won't be too hard to fix... get the engine out. take it apart. If I'm worth my 2¢ in basic mechanics the head and valves will be alright. Worst case would be having to get a new block. But then again could be fun to build a LSVtec.
Anyways... anything I should know about the 88 Dx before commiting?
Now to get me some auto-x action... too bad there's only drag racing strips around here
