anyone know of a good product to repair/cover minor paint damage done by like tree sap or light acid.

my car has some spots where its looks like tree sap or something has broken down the clear coat and paint. its not chipped off it just looks ugly.. of course its only really noticable after i wash it and it looks nice and pretty..

is there anything i can use to fix this other than a new paint job..
