depends on how much money ur willing to spend, u can just get new pistons, u can get new forged rods, if ur planning on staying n/a u can get lighter ones with higher compression forged pistons, u can have the cylinders bored out some have it all rehoned, u can do a rebuild on ur valve train also, new camshaft new valve retainers new valve springs, new valves. just depends on what ur planning on doing, if money wasnt an option id say get a stroker kit, have it bored and rehoned, get all new valve train capable of a 9000 rpm redline, lightenned camshaft with more agressive lobes, thinner metal head gasket, have ur cylinders ringed ( most people with honda's dont ever do this). tons of stuff u can do, basic rebuild is just pistons and having the cylinder deglazed and rehoned if need be, new piston rings, have the rods and crank xrayed to check for hairline cracks, and reuse if none replace if need be
