If you don't really have a problem in terms of rain (or just a lot of puddles in your area) than it might be worth looking into getting a CAI. Otherwise, just get a regular short ram.

And in terms of the tornado, a lot of folks (I heard that there was a site a guy created just to tell how much it sucked) say that it's not worth the money. Plus the fact that you want to install it in an aftermarket intake makes it more difficult because the intake pipe diameter is different than stock and it might not fit properly.
