Authorities say that the house and the slow POS was used by a local numbnut that went by the name Chulapa mi QueenPenis. Whereabouts of this Internet-sensitive character are currently unknown. oh wait, just in... they seemed to have a note left behind taped to the shiftknob of the civic's slushbox. it mentions something about a Duck and another character by the name of Stephanopolis harrassing him....
