I installed my HID system. It is 7000K system, more blue than optimal but it still ROCKS.

Question is....is it normal for them to start of quite blue/purple and then get whiter and brighter over the next 10-15 secs. I THINK i read that this is normal, just want to make sure.

Also, the ballasts/ignitors (Hella) have a nice little hum to them. This is normal I hope?

Ill post pics as soon as I can get my hands on a camera and develop the film (I bought HID instead of digi cam...sue me).
