the c/r isn't that high, and since you have a fully built forged bottom end sprayin a 100 shot would be nothing to sweat. i'm sprayin a 75 shot on a stock bottom 10.2:1. i've known several people that have sprayed a 75 shot (and 1 that sprayed 100) on their type r's. their c/r is higher than what you have. stock valves are usually the first part that ends up breaking on a motor that sees a lot of n2o. that's why many that rebuild the head use s/s. you have to make sure that you have enough fuel for a high shot and retard timing accordingly. it would be a waste of forged internals to only spray a 55 shot. i personally am going to rebuild my bottom end of my b16 with forged 11:1 and spray a 100 shot on it. anyhow, goodluck.
