If it's between HIDs and CF hood, get the HIDs.

If it's between HIDs, and Suspension w/ Silverstars, get the Suspension w/ Silverstars.

I wouldn't get the CF hood unless I've done all the more useful mods with money left to spare, or if you get into an accident and ruin your stock hood.
