no matter what you put on that suspension set up you'll never have the car handleing well. The engine is heavier than any b series you can put in there. The argument to that is always yeah well its only 150-200 pounds difference. That being true, do this....find a friend, you know, that dumb friend we all have that will try anything once, well tie him to the hood of your car, tell him to hold on tight, and go take some corners, you wont be happy at all. While its nice to have the added power, what you gain in power you give up in handleing.
So then the alternative to that is the crvtec that everyone is so nuts about but not too many people have. They are crazy ass expensive to build. You actually have to drill through the block and all that stuff. I'm sure its been discussed on here many many times. So what you have when you're done is an engine that has been pieced together by someone other than honda, which will be barely reliable at best, in a very old car and a lot of money missing out of your pocket.
my advice, and you'll hate me for this, if you wanna go fast, buy a domestic
