about 1 month ago I purchased a 99 Prelude..the only issue and it's a small one..is over the last 2 weeks, sometimes it doesn't want to play CDs at all. It doesn't sound like it's trying to read them or anything. It's the OEM head unit BTW.
From what I can tell after outside has cooled down a bit it plays fine. In the morning on the way to work it plays fine, after I park outside a bit I put a CD in and it sit there and displays a E 00 and spits the CD back out. Eventually I will want to replace the unit with an aftermarket mp3 CD player but don't want to spend the money now.

Any suggestions on this or has anyone ever seen this behavior on their stereo before?:wtf:
