The amount of power that the A/C compressor takes depends on engine RPM, not fan speed.

BUT WAIT, there's more...
The A/C only takes that power when it's clutched in. So if it's fairly cool out, it might only clutch in 10% of the total time. If it's hot out & you turn the ventilation fan way up, then it might clutch in 90% of the time.
