Stock B series blocks can handle low boost(say, under 8lbs of boost) easily, and usually max out around 14-15lbs of boost with good tuning. If you plan on running mid-high boost levels, you should, at the very least, be looking into a good standalone unit and an adequate fuel system. Beyond that, you should also be looking into stouter engine components. Forged bottom end internals should allow you to run 14-15lbs of boost safely on a good tune. If you want to run higher boost levels, or if you want added security, you should be looking into some ductile iron sleeves. Above all, you should decide what your ultimate goals for the setup are, and what you want to spend on it. From there, do some reaearch and decide whether your goals are safely attainable, given your budget.
