a pound or so in that size and weight really wont matter. if we were talking less than stock weight but slightly bigger then it would be different. regardless it takes more to spin a larger wheel than it does a smaller one. on some cars up'ing the rim size helps from a preformance (well more of a launching) prespective but when ur talking rims above 20lbs its all negative anyway. my 17" rims are 20something pounds a piece and my stock 16's are 16.5lbs (95 ex rims) theres a huge difference in me swapping them back and forth from a preformance look
