Then you endup with just front breaks. Very hard peddal, but you don't want that if you live in a snowy area of the globe. But its fine for summer driving.
Why the hell would anybody do that? Cable ties on the brake hoses or disconnecting the vacuum line to the booster would firm up the pedal without losing half the brakes.
