that's midlife for a honda. Depending on how hard it's been driven (since it is a sporty car, its probably been driven a little harder then most), it's in decent shape probably.

You limit your options a little bit though. For example, I wouldn't recommend geting forced induction (supercharger or turbo). Also, it's more likly to mess up when you mod it and start putting harder wear/tear on it.

WHen you get it, I'd replace some internals (including seals, etc).
