if you're sticking w/ stock size, then either use stock replacement from Honda, or Brembo blanks. the drilled/slotted are only for looks and you're just taking away metal that could be used better as heat sink so that the rotors don't get as hot. the drilled and slotted STOCK-sized rotors aren't effective at cooling off because the internal vanes are not directional, which means they weren't designed to help cool off the rotors. even the Brembo GT big brake kits in 12.4" rotors aren't directionally vaned. the 12.9" ones, however, are.
as for pads, apparently you can't have the best of both worlds. if you want better grip, then they'll typically be very dusty. just kneel down and wash your rims. :P
